The annual conference for the Society of Agricultural Meteorology of Japan and the International Symposium on Agricultural Meteorology (ISAM2022) are to be held in online meeting system from March 18, 2022.

    18-31 March, 2022, Online Conference

    • Organized sessions & oral sessions will be presented by online (live) presentations (presentation for 12 minutes + Q&A for 3 minutes) by Zoom Meeting.
Poster sessions will be presented by short video  (2 minutes) with a live Q & A session using Zoom's breakout room.

    Extended abstract submission

    Submit the extended abstract of your presentation through e-mail by 18 Feb 2022.
    Extended abstract sample (MS-Word)
    File Name of extended abstract should be “Abstract_RegistrationNo_Yourfamilyname.docx” (e.g. Abstract_R98_Yamada.docx).
    If you have two or more presentations, please distinguish them by putting “a, b, c” after registration No (e.g. Abstract_R98a_Yamada.docx).

    2 min poster presentation video preparation

    Please create the poster presentation video (less than 2 minutes) and submit the video file (mp4 format) through e-mail by 28 Feb 2022.
    The file name of the video should be “RegistrationNo_Yourfamilyname.mp4” (e.g. R98_Yamada.mp4).
    If you have two or more presentations, please distinguish them by putting “a, b, c” after registration No (e.g. R98a_Yamada.mp4).
