Registration for participation and presentation
Step 1:Registration for Participation
- All participants of the conference (regardless of whether they will make a presentation or not) are required to complete the registration process using the application form below. Upon registration, an automatic confirmation email will be sent, issuing an Entry No., an ID (your email address), and a password.
- The Entry No. will be required for payment of participation fees, while the ID and password will be needed when applying to make a presentation.

Step 2:Presentation Application (For Presenters Only)
- After completing the participation registration [Step 1], you will be able to apply for a presentation.
- The URL for the presentation application site is included in the automatic confirmation email sent after completing the participation registration.
- First, log in using the ID and password (provided in the automatic confirmation email after participation registration). Then, click the “New Submission” button in the top-left corner of the screen, enter the required presentation details (title, presenter, affiliation, category, etc.), and complete the application process. After submitting your presentation application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your “Submission Number” along with your presentation details. This “Submission Number” will be required when submitting your abstract (please include the submission number in the abstract file name; refer to Step 3).
Step 3:Submission of Presentation Abstract (For Presenters Only)
- After completing the presentation application [Step 2], please submit your presentation abstract via the presentation application site by the deadline (February 10, 2025).
- The abstract template file is available on the presentation application site, but it can also be downloaded here.
- Please name your abstract file as follows:【SubmissionNumber_YourName_ISAM.pdf】.The abstract must be submitted in PDF format.
